Keystone Lady Panthers Win District 9 “A” Championship

The Keystone Lady Panthers got a sneak peak in 2011 at what it takes to win a state championship.  After winning the District 9  “A” Championship, the young  Panthers advanced into the second round of the single “A” state playoffs before being knocked off by perennial power house, North Catholic of Pittsburgh.

Beulah A. (Boots) McCormick of Whispering Acres, Chicora, PA recently celebrated her 102nd birthday this past St. Patrick’s Day on March 17, 2012.
Beulah Plunkard was born on March 17, 1910. She was married to Ralph “Mike” McCormick.
Beulah has five  children; Particia (James) Fleeger of Chicora, PA; William McCormick of Chicora, PA; Donna McCue of Chicora, PA; Shirley (Silvio) Andreassi of East Brady, PA and Helen “Thomas” Barnhart - deceased.
