Elizabeth Ann Roessing

Elizabeth Ann Roessing, 83, of Parker, passed away Friday evening, June 10, 2016 at Parker Personal Care Center where she had resided for a number of years.
Born in McKeesport, Pa. on May 8, 1933, she was daughter of late Harry Walker and Martha Elizabeth Clifford Normecutt.
Graduating from McKeesport High School, she attended Robert Morris and Behrend - Penn State earning a bachelor’s degree in business.
Ann was an avid reader and bowling enthusiast.  She had driven school bus at ACV School Dist. for a number of years.
Mrs. Roessing was a worker with the former firemen’s auxiliary, and was a certified EMT with Parker emergency services for years.
She was a devout member of the former St. Mary’s Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church once located in Parker.
Surviving are three children and spouses:  Kamie (Doug) Roberts of Potomac Falls, VA., J. T. (Marcia) Roessing of Parker, and Douglas (Jamie) Roessing of Mesa, AZ.; seven grandchildren; sister Nancy Miller of Columbus, OH.
In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by husband Thomas Roessing who she married April 4, 1959 and who passed away Sept. 11, 2002 and a daughter, Nancy Ann Roessing Hotz who passed in 1997.
Private graveside services will be held later this week at Parker Presbyterian Cemetery.
