Ira David Nagel

IRA DAVID NAGEL, 88, of Butler, Pa. passed away at 3:00 PM Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010 at Parker Personal Care Center in Parker, Pa. following a lengthy illness.
Born in Allegheny County, Pa. on  September 8, 1921, he was the son of the late Harry and Clara Stich Nagel.
A veteran of World War II, he was an honorably discharged member of the U.S. Army.
Mr. Nagel was employed for many years with the former Pullman-Standard Co. of Butler from where he retired in 1980.
He is survived by his son, Joe Nagel and wife Christine of Butler as well as three grandchildren, Natasha Martinez, Joseph and Nathan Nagel.
Friends were received 1:00 to 3:00 PM Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010 at H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home, 201 S. Wayne Ave., Parker.  Funeral services at 3:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home. Burial at 9:00 AM Monday in North Side Cemetery in Butler, Pa.
