Shannon Blauser and Joel Bernard - Engaged

It is with great pleasure that the families of Shannon Nicole Blauser and Joel Michael Bernard announce their engagement.
Shannon is the daughter of Constance Blauser of Emlenton PA. She is a 2008 graduate of Allegheny Clarion Valley High School and a 2010 graduate of Butler County Community College, earning a degree in Business Management. She is employed at the Office of Personnel Management in Boyers, PA.
Joel is the son of Randy and Debbie Bernard of Dutch Hill PA. He is a 2007 graduate of Allegheny Clarion Valley High School. He earned skilled training in Diesel Technology at the Clarion County Career Center. He is employed by Anderson Equipment Company in Shippenville.
A  July 2, 2011 wedding is being planned.
