Farmhouse Antiques & Rusty Stuff

Farmhouse Antiques & Rusty Stuff

Making it through the pandemic of 2020 for a start-up business is no easy task, but that’s exactly what husband and wife Doug & Denise Reed did. They opened up the “Farmhouse Antiques & Rusty Stuff” in Knox on Strawberry Farm Road.

The store was opened on July 2nd 2020, and the Reeds say they were busy from the start and didn’t feel any downside because of the pandemic until late fall. However, it did not last.

This unique shop is housed in a 160-year-old hotel/farmhouse. From the store they sell handcrafted rugs, jewelry, quilts, candles and more. They also sell antiques, uniques, farmhouse décor and primitives. These are items you need to stop in and see for yourself.

They also have a salvage shed that contains barn finds, project pieces, farm décor and “Rusty Stuff”. And they are have been adding more unique items to our store daily and they plan on expanding the days they will be open.

The Reeds say they will have more events throughout the year beginning on May 14th & 15th with the “Spring Fling” with 10-4 Antiques, crafters, and flea-marketers will also be setup in the yard.
