Amy Christine Parks, 54, of Clarion passed away Wednesday morning, February 16, 2022, at Penn-Highlands Hospital in DuBois following an illness.
Born in Butler on April 14, 1967, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Edwards and Nancy Mays Parks.
Amy graduated from Allegheny-Clarion Valley School at Foxburg in 1985.
She was Methodist by faith and had been employed by both the Derrick and Clarion News as a newspaper delivery person.
She is survived by a sister Amanda Parks of Shippenville and a brother Timothy Parks of Eau Claire; a niece Blake Parks and nephews Mitchell and Russell Parks, all of Eau Claire.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister-in-law Jennifer Parks.
Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home, 201 So. Wash. St. in Eau Claire, where a funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM. Burial will follow Wednesday morning, February 23, 2022, at 9:30 AM at Perryville Cemetery, near Parker.
