AXEL ALLEN CLAYPOOLE, age three and a half months, passed away Saturday morning, September 19, 2020 at the family residence in Foxburg.
Born in Erie, Pa. on May 27, 2020, he was the son of Allen R. Claypoole and Patience Wolfe Hicks.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister Payton Hicks at home and Godmother Angel Adams.
Axel is survived by maternal grandmother Angel Connors Wolfe (Mario Lanza) of Kennderdell and maternal grandfather Gary Alan Wolfe of Foxburg, and paternal grandparents, “Sis” and John Claypoole of Hilliards.
He is also survived by maternal great-grandmother Mary Regina Connors of Rimersburg and maternal great-grandparents James and Patricia Wolfe of Foxburg as well as paternal great-grandmother Geraldine Claypoole of Campbell Hollow (Karns City).
Also surviving are two aunts Jessica Claypoole and Sierra Wolfe (Zack Hilliard) and one uncle Logan Wolfe (Katie Planker) as well as a number of cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal great-grandfather Robert John Connors, Jr. and Uncle Randy Weckerly.
A private family memorial service will be held Friday at Buzard Funeral Home in Parker.
