Chicken Coop Studio 306 Opens This Week

Kids enjoyed the paint by number mural banner at the Fuch’s Fest during the Emlenton Summer Festival.
Chicken Coop Studio 306 is thrilled to announce that we are re-launching and re-branding! After being unable to host in-studio events for more than a year, our artists have been hard at work painting, cleaning, and organizing to prepare for re-opening week. Now known as “The Coop Public Art Studio” (or “The Coop” for short), we are back and ready to make more art with you!
You might have seen us recently at Fuchs Fest during the Emlenton Summer Festival. Using the new summer Blueprint banner design, we created a paint-by-numbers mural that many artists helped to fill in. Congratulations! YOUR work is now hanging on the front of the Fuchs building near the bike trail. We are looking forward to more community art in the future!
Now, this week we are ready to get back into full swing. Kicking off the festivities is our much-anticipated summer art camp featuring crowd favorites, like tie-dye, and some new projects as well!
Then, on Wednesday (July 28), we will have our official launch party by way of an open house from 5-7 pm. We will have light refreshments, free bubble painting for the kids, and $5 paint pours. Join in on the fun and pick up your copy of our schedule so you know just what is coming over the next couple of months.
And be sure to also stop in and support some of the other Crawford Center businesses on Wednesday like Amy’s Closet, Blueprint Pet Grooming, Allegheny Pines Pottery, and Sandra Jackson Photography. We are a community working together!
Hope to see YOU in the studio soon!
