Welcome “Chill Out” Beverage Co., one of the area’s newest business start-ups. Located in Boyers, PA this new business venture is appealing inside and out to both the eyes and the taste buds. With a unique curbside appearance, owner Melissa DeMatteis and Co. have turned this once home, into a commercial building business with a “home-style appeal”. The red brick interior and country charm is an inviting welcome as you enter through the door. Call it a bakery, ice cream parlor, sandwich or coffee shop, Chill Out offers a variety of items that will capture just about any of your senses.
Grant Gasha who has a degree in Restaurant/Hospitality/Institutional Management is the operations manager. Grant has been managing restaurants and food service establishments for the last twelve years. “We selected Boyers because we felt the community needed something to call its own. We offer homemade, fresh and honest products and also provide catering services for all occasions.”
A quick glance at the menu board along with the fresh baked smell can set your appetite into a frenzy. Chill Out Beverage Co. offers homemade Ice Cream and Gelato (Apple Pie, Birthday Cake, Cookie Dough, Butter Pecan, Almond Joy, Cotton Candy, Maple Bacon, Chocolate Cake, and Strawberry etc.) Ask for the punch card, after purchasing ten, the next ice cream is on the house!

If that is not enough, the aroma of a Pumpkin Spice Latte just might be your cure as Chill Out Beverage Co. offers a variety of fresh brews to kick start your morning or afternoon delight. If it is selection what you like for a beverage, Chil Out offers a variety of fresh brewed locally sourced coffees. Or mix it up with a chai tea, cold brew, hot chocolate, chai latte, etc. in a variety of flavors.
Looking to get in on some eats? Chill Out offers an array of baked goods that can kick start any morning featuring breakfast sandwiches, muffins, bagels, cookies etc. Chill Out Beverage Co. also offers fresh homemade soups and sandwiches. Make it a combo and pair your soup with a sandwich and save!
Gasha talks about the “Chill Out” concept, “Our idea was to create a gathering place for friends and families. We wanted to provide a home-style and yet upscale appeal and provide only the best hand selected products. If you dream it, we can make it”.
Chill Out is located at 1024 Boyers Road about a mile off of 308 from the post office. Chill Out offers a spacious parking lot and a playground and basketball court area to keep your kids entertained. Chill Out does not have any inside seating but is available on the porch and playground area.
Don’t just take my word for it, tasting and seeing will make you a believer. So gather up the kids and family and head on out for a nice treat. Chill Out is open Monday thru Thursday from 7 am to 7:30 pm; Friday from 7 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.
