Clarion: The Lifestyle Coaching program at Independence Health System offers free evidence-based health education to help individuals improve their health and well-being through healthy lifestyle modifications. The curriculum provides guidance on reducing risk factors to help manage chronic diseases, such as diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular diseases. All classes are taught by health care professionals and offered virtually, in-person, and through video-on-demand.
