Township of Marion

Sealed proposals will be received by Marion Township of Butler County at 2275 West Sunbury Road Suite A, Boyers, PA 16020 until 5:00 P.M., on Monday, May 12, 2025, for the following:

ITEM 1 18,029 S.Y. of Single asphalt seal coat, in place. Aggregates to be provided by the Township.

ITEM 2 Various Aggregates 5,000 tons more or less of the following: Limestone sand, # 8, # 9, # 57/# 67, # 3, # 2A, FOB plant.

ITEM 3 Anti-Skid, 1,500 Tons more or less, delivered price and FOB plant.

Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Marion Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
