Legal Notice - Allegheny Township, Butler County - Soliciting Bids

The Supervisors of Allegheny Township, Butler County, PA will solicit bids until Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 7:30 pm on the following:

• 30,000 gallons of AEP or E-1 prime oil, more or less, delivered and applied, as directed, on the Township Roads (Successful bidders may be responsible for supplying approved sample bottles);

• 15,000 gallons of E-3 oil, more or less, delivered and applied, as directed, on the Township Roads (Successful bidders may be responsible for supplying approved sample bottles);

• 8,000 tons, more or less, of washed limestone - 1B; 2,000 tons, more or less, of washed limestone, 2B-57; 800 tons, more or less, of washed limestone-2RC;

• 1,200 tons, more or less, of limestone sand.

The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Sealed bids may be sent to:
