Legal Notice: Parker Township, Butler County - Soliciting for Oil Bids

Parker Township Butler County will solicit oil bids until Friday, March 24th at 3:00 pm for the following:
7300 Gallons of CMS-2 (E5) Oil more or less, delivered and applied, as directed on the township roads (Successful bidders shall be responsible for supplying approved sample bottles.
The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Sealed bids must be submitted on forms provided by the township.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. the Bid proposals may be obtained by calling 724-753-2030 or emailing at: parkertwp.supervisors@yahoo.com.
Parker Township will hold a special meeting on March 27th at 3:00 pm located at 107 Snake Road Petrolia, PA 16050, to open the bids.
