Legal Notice: Sealed proposals to Parker Township, Butler County for Limestone

Sealed proposals will be received by PARKER TOWNSHIP (2nd class) of Butler County 107 Snake Rd Petrolia Pa 16050 until March 1st, 2023 at noon for the following:

1. 1500 Tons (more or less) 2A Limestone FOB delivered

2. 200 Tons (more or less) #3 Limestone FOB delivered

3. 500 Tons (more or less) 67 Limestone FOB delivered

4. 300 Tons (more or less) 1B Limestone FOB delivered

Proposals are required to be to the township by March 1st at 3:00 pm. Proposals will be opened on March 2nd at 7:00 pm at the regular meeting held on March 2nd at 7:00 pm, located at our physical location of 107 Snake Road Petrolia Pa 16050.

Proposals must be on forms provided by the township. Forms are available by calling 724-753-2030.

The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
