Lilly Preston - A-C Valley High School 2020 Graduate Profile - Weekly Series
Meet Lily Preston,
a 2020 Graduate of ACV H.S.
After graduation, Lily plans on taking online classes with Liberty University in developmental psychology.
One of her most memorable moments in high school was going to states in Hershey for cheerleading.
Since her freshman year Lily says that she has become a more outgoing person in and out of school. She says that she has become more of her own person. And that was her biggest challenge in school. She said being herself and not following what other do was challenging.
Concerning her favorite teacher she said that A-C Valley has the best staff and it’s hard to pick just one. However, since she was asked to pick her favorite teacher, she said that would be Mrs. Funfer. She has been her Phys Ed teacher for a few years, and that they always got along. This year she also had health with her and she’s become a big part of her senior year. Lily says, “She’s not only a teacher but also a friend. She’s always checking on her students, making sure their mental, physical, and emotional health are all in good shape.”
In ten years she said that hopefully she will have a good job, as a foster care social worker. She hope to be living in a nice house with a good guy and starting a family, and adopting lots of kids.

During school she was active in cheerleading, school musicals and kept stats for track. Outside of school her activities include fishing, camping, Taco Bell and singing.
