Linda Joyce Kelley Blymiller, 74, went to her heavenly home on Monday, August 9, 2021.
Linda was born July 20, 1947, in Cleveland, TN, to the late Roy and Audrey (Bible) Kelley. She graduated from Charleston High School in 1965.
She spent most of her career in banking, retiring from First Tennessee Bank in 2006 after 15 years of dedicated service.
In 1984, she married William (Bill) Blymiller. They moved to California where they spent 10 years. In 1994, they returned to Cleveland.
Linda loved NASCAR racing, shopping, and traveling. She was an avid animal lover. She rescued numerous feral cats and was responsible for placing them into loving homes. Her greatest love was Sasha, her top poodle, who traveled all over the country with her. Linda’s favorite place on earth was Daytona Beach. She spent many hours walking on the beach and collecting seashells.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Howard Kelley; and sister Juanita Kelley Poteet.
Linda is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Bill Blymiller; sisters Margie Wilson and Francis (Raymond) Simpson; stepdaughter Christy (Mike) Matuszeski; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Cremation services were provided by Companion Funeral and Cremation Services. At Linda’s request, no services were held.
