Twila Jean Stephens Ritchey, 93, of Clarion, Pa., formerly of Parker (Licking Twp.), passed away late Monday afternoon (05-17-21) at Clarion Hospital following a period of declining health.
Born in Butler, Pa. on October 21, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Stevenson Stephens. She was married to William Ritchey, who passed away on May 18, 2012.
She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Parker.
Twila was employed many years as a produce manager at the former J&M Food Center in Parker. She was an accomplished musician having sung and played instrument along with others on the WISR Radio Station in Butler in her earlier years.
Surviving is her daughter; Patee (Greg) Neff of Milton, Fl., two granddaughters; DeAnna (Allen) Scheerbaum of Chicora and CoDee Jean (Brandon) Wesley of Jay, Fl., and four great-grandchildren; Dustin Allen Scheerbaum, Lacee Jean Scheerbaum, Colton Brandon Wesley, and Paislee Jean Wesley.
In addition to her parents and husband, Twila was preceded in death by two grandsons; Traves and Preston Neff.
A private family service will be held on Saturday, May 22nd, at the H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home in Parker, Pa., with a private burial to follow at Bear Creek Cemetery in Petrolia.
