Boyers, PA: Veda McGinnis celebrated the milestone of her 107th birthday on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at her home with her daughter, Karen Terwilliger, near Eau Claire.
Because of the COVID virus, there was a limited gathering of family. But, she still enjoyed blowing out the 107 candles on her big cake!
Veda is still walking, loves music, reading (she reads her bible everyday), watching old movies, and receiving cards and letters. So, if you missed the big day, and would still like to send her belated wishes, she would love to hear from you.
The family sends a big thank you to all who have sent cards, letters, gifts, flowers and brought a cake to Veda. She enjoyed every moment of receiving and opening them.
Also, a special thank you from Karen, to those who took the time to visit, and those who have helped in any way with mother’s care.
