A Celebration of Life Service for Richard A. “Rick” File who passed away on February 9, 2026 will be held at the Martinsburg Church of Bruin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 11 with the Rev. Larry Thompson, church pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Bear Creek Cemetery, Petrolia.
