Area students named to Thiel College Dean’s List for spring 2025

GREENVILLE, PA Three-hundred-fifty-eight students were named to the Thiel College Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester.

The following students are from the Progress News reading area:

Sydney Bell, of Knox, is studying Early Child Education/Special Education.

Alannah Fulton, of Knox, is studying Early Child Education/Special Education.

Brooke Griffith, of Chicora, is studying Public Policy and Psychology.

Jacob Hoffman, of Knox, is studying Political Science.

Sophia McGarvey, of Emlenton, is studying Nursing.

Bryanna Mong, of Knox, is studying Early Child Education/Special Education.

Cole Sherwin, of Karns City, is studying Mathematics.

Rylee Bowser, of Parker, is studying Exercise Science.

Andrea Meals, of Foxburg, is studying Early Child Education/Special Education.

A student must attain a grade point average (GPA) of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale while being enrolled full time to be eligible for the Dean’s List at the College.

Thiel College is an independent college founded in the Lutheran tradition. Located in Greenville, Pa., the College offers 60 majors and minors, 24 varsity sports, and a 12:1 student-faculty ratio.
