Butler VA To Recognize all Vietnam Veterans

Butler, Pennsylvania — Butler VA Health Care System will join the nation in recognizing Vietnam Veterans for National Vietnam War Veterans Day by hosting two events on March 28 and 29, 2025. The Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act of 2017 was signed into law by U.S. President Donald J. Trump, designating every March 29 as National Vietnam War Veterans Day.
·Vietnam Veteran Recognition Day – Friday, March 28 from 10am-12pm (EST)
Abie Abraham VA Clinic, 353 North Duffy Road, Butler PA (Main Lobby)
Vietnam Veterans and their families are invited to visit us this day to receive their commemorative Vietnam Veteran pin as well as enjoy refreshments and comradery with fellow Veterans. There will be information available on VA programs and services as well as staff to answer questions.
- VA Enrollment, Claims, and Information Fair—Saturday, March 29 from 9:30am-12pm (EST), Zelienople American Legion, 308 W New Castle St., Zelienople PA
All Veterans and their families are invited to learn more about VA enrollment, benefits, claims, women’s health, whole health, caregiver support, volunteer opportunities, and many other VA programs. Vietnam Veterans present will receive a commemorative Vietnam Veteran pin.
Commemorative Vietnam Veteran lapel pins will be available at Butler VA’s community outpatient clinics located in Armstrong, Clarion, and Lawrence counties and Cranberry Township, Butler County, between the hours of 8 am – 4 pm on Friday, March 28, 2025.
