East Brady Area Development Corporation To Hold Annual Meeting

The East Brady Area Development Corporation (EBADC) will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, November 25th in room 14 of the Arnold Beabout Community Center in East Brady at 5:30 PM. All EBADC members and local residents and business owners are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

At this meeting open board seats and officer positions will be voted on. Nominees will be presented by the nominating committee and nominations will also be taken from the floor. All members in good standing may make nominations and vote. Nominees must have been members of EBADC for at least one month prior to the annual meeting.

The November monthly board meeting will follow the annual meeting at 6:00. Due to the holidays the December meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 16th at 5:00 PM in room 14 at the community center. Please note the change of date and time. There will be no meetings held in January or February.
