In keeping up with the growing trend of “in hand” information, the Emlenton Borough is proud to introduce their new app with Savvy Citizen.
The app will allow the general public to keep updated on what is happening in the Emlenton Borough and surrounding communities with notifications on community events, family events, road closures, safety updates and much more.
Savvy Citizen is a free notification system for Apple and Android users that will enable the borough to send information about important borough news and events directly to residents mobile devices.
Residents may access Savvy Citizen by downloading the smartphone app by visiting SavvyCitizenApp.com; Google Play or the Apple App store.
In recent news the Emlenton Borough received a grant to redo the old pool builing into public restrooms. Future plans of the site are to build a splash “cool off” Park.
