Emlenton Rod & Gun Club Fishing Derby Results

Nearly fifty youth participated in the fishing derby held at Whitehall Camp and Conference Center on Friday, July 11th.
The Rod & Gun Club now in it’s 90th year of serving the community would like to thank all who participated.
The first fish caught was by Kaden Pyle of Karns City, who actually celebrated his 14th birthday.

The winners in the following ages groups were as follows: Ages 12-16: Biggest fish went to August Weidenhof with an 11.5” Bass.
In the 8-11 yr. old age group, the bigggest fish was caught by Amare Rich-King who landed a 12.25” Bass.
In the Toddler to 7 year age group, the biggest fish went to Kolby Goldthwaite who landed a 10.5” Bass. The second biggest fish in that age group went to Parker Lewis of Knox who caught a 10” bass.
Poles were donated by Downes Tire for door prizes.
Hot dogs & chips were served for lunch.
