Food Distribution Knox Area

The Knox Caring Cupboard serves residents of the Keystone School District with food and other necessities on a once a month basis.

They operate out of the Edenburg Presbyterian Church, “The Church on the Corner”, Main Street and Route 208 in Knox, PA.

Distribution is on the third Thursday of each month which will be July 21, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. The only requirement is that you be a resident of the Keystone School District. A very brief registration from with your name and address and family size is required to register.

Through the generosity of our donors, which include but not limited to organizations, individuals, churches, ALF Foodstock, Knox Horsethief Jeep Invasion, February Super Bowl of Caring, Knox Police “Fill the Car Event”, and other donors of non-perishable food and cash donations, we are able to continue this mission for those less fortunate.

We have been able to purchase local meats, milk and eggs to give to each household monthly.

All workers are unpaid volunteers from the community, and they help with registering, stocking the shelves, selecting, bagging and carryout when needed.

For more information contact our coordinator, Esther Pries, at 814-797-5390. Or you may simply show up at the location on distribution day.
