Jean Ellen Bean, 91, of Oil City, passed away early Saturday morning, August 12, 2023, at Oakwood Heights Senior Care in Oil City. Born in Parker, Pa., on November 28, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Lester Monroe and Maude Ellen Cook Seigler.
She was Protestant by faith. Jean enjoyed playing bingo and cards with her friends. She is survived by her Daughter: Rebecca (Ernie) A. Hindman of Parker. Her two sons: Robert R. (Mary Lou) Bean of Emlenton; and William Bean of Parker. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Kristina A. (Samuel) Kildoo; Kelly L. (Jason) Chambers; Stormie J. (Sam) Baird; Jereme Bean; Chelsey Bean; and her great-grandchildren: Shelby Kildoo; Ashlyn Kildoo; Mackenna Chambers; Jack Baird; Henry Baird; and one Great-Great-Grandson, Cason Kildoo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great-granddaughter; Emma Rae Chambers. All services will be private at Buzard Funeral Home.
