Knox Water Tower Is Dismantled

The familiar site of the Knox Water Tower, located at the former Knox Glass Plant, was dismantled in a few hours on Thursday, August, 21, 2025. A crew from Iseler Demolition, Inc., headquarted in Port Hope, MI started work on the water tower early Thursday morning and had the tank dismantled and removed by noon, and all that remained were the support legs.
