Legal Notice: Sealed Proposals - Ashland Township

Sealed Proposals will be received by the Ashland Township, 2nd Class of Clarion County at P.O. Box 3, Kossuth, PA 16331 until 4:00 PM on June 8, 2026, for the following: 500 Ton of PA-2A Limestone Subbase; 500 Ton of # 8 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 500 Ton of #57 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 500 Ton of # 67 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 700 Ton of Anti-Skid, Type (As-1and or As-2). All quantities are bid “More or Less”. Liquid Damages Apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
