Legal Notice: Sealed Proposals by the Perry Township

Sealed Proposals will be received by the Perry Township, 2nd Class of Clarion County at 5687 Doc Walker Road, Parker, PA 16049 (West Freedom Area) until 3:45 PM on June 10, 2026, for the following:

550 Ton of #57 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 400 Ton of PA-2A Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 150 Ton of #3 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 500 Ton of Anti-Skid Type AS-2. “No Yellow Clay” and All Quantities are bid “More or Less”

Liquid Damages Apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
