Legal Notice: Sealed Proposals - Salem Township, of Clarion County

Sealed Proposals will be received by the Salem Township, 2nd Class of Clarion County at 57 Community Road, Emlenton, PA 16373-5802 until 7:00 PM on June 2, 2026, for the following:

1,000 Ton of PA-2A Limestone Subbase; 1,000 Ton of #67 Limestone Agg., Type A; 500 Ton of #3 Limestone Aggregate, Type A. “All quanitities are bid more or less.”

Liquid Damages Apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
