Legal Notice: Foxburg Borough Seeking Bids

Request for Proposal

The Borough of Foxburg, Clarion County, is seeking and Soliciting proposals for an individual or entity to take ownership and possession of a railroad caboose owned by the Borough. Interested persons shall submit a proposal which includes plans to take possession and ownership of the caboose and maintain it as an integral part of Foxburg. The proposal should highlight means and methods to promote tourism within the Borough of Foxburg and to enhance the natural beauty of the community. The transfer of the caboose will be an “as is” transaction with no warranties.

Proposals shall be submitted to the Borough at P.O. Box 327, Foxburg, PA 16036, and must be received by the close of business on June 6, 2025.

Envelopes shall be sealed and marked “Caboose Proposal.”
