Legal Notice: Beaver Twp. - Sealed Proposals

Sealed proposals will be received by Beaver Township, 2nd Class of Clarion County at 324 Tippe Canoe Road, Knox, PA 16232 until 12:00 PM on May 28, 2026, for the following:

(Ft.), Assist Twp. with installing pipe; (each), Assist Twp. installing Inlet Box’s; (Ton), Assist Twp. Installing PA-2A Limestone; (Ton), Assist Twp. Installing Ditch Lining; (Each), Assist Twp. Installing Rock Outlet.

All perspective bidders shall attend a pre-job meeting on May 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Beaver Twp. Office, located at 121 Tippe Canoe Rd., Knox, PA 16232.

This project shall be bid using PA prevailing wage rates, copy attached. Beaver Twp. shall supply all materials needed, this will be an option bid. This project shall be completed by 10/28/26. After 10/28/2026 Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day.

Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. For third class cities the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. For other municipal types it is the discretion of the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
