Legal Notice: ACV Accepting Bids

FOR BIDS

Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District is accepting bids for the construction of a pole building. The building shall be approximately 24’ x 40’ with 12’ wall height, concrete floor, wainscoting, metal siding, one (1) 12’ x 10’ overhead door, one (1) man door, and clear poly panel(s) for natural light.

These bids will be accepted until Thursday, April 9, 2026 at noon. Address them to Dr. David McDeavitt at the A-C Valley School District, 776 PA 58, Foxburg, PA 16036. Bids will be opened at that time.

The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid.
