Come meet Cathy Rybak on Saturday, April 30th, at Mr. Bookman, Franklin, PA! Cathy just published her first book, "Pooch in a Pound." The book is about a fictitious dog named Pooch who waits and hopes for that special family to visit the animal shelter and maybe take him home.
Cathy, from Oil City, PA, grew up in the company of animal friends. She is inspired to create stories by her love and respect for all animals. She hopes this story will be enjoyed by many and inspire them to give a forever home to their new best friend.
The event takes place at Mr. Bookman, 316 Allegheny Blvd., Franklin PA 16323, from 11am-1pm. Cathy will be there with copies of her book to sell and sign. In addition, there will be representatives from local animal shelters to join the festivities.
