Martha Bell Smith Donaldson, 100, of Indiana State, died March 27, 2026, at Maple Manor. Martha was born in Cranberry Township, Venango County, on December 21, 1925. She was the daughter of George and Genevieve Bell Smith.
Surviving are three sons, Charles (Gail) Donaldson, Roger (Mary) Donaldson, and Bruce Donaldson; and a daughter, Mary Jane (John) Pollock. Also surviving are two grandsons, two step-grandsons, four granddaughters, two step-granddaughters. She also has four great-granddaughters and one step-great-granddaughter, two great-grandsons, ten step-grandsons, and one great-great-grandson.
In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by a son, David Donaldson; Florence (Wayne) Weaver; Berdena (Carl) Krause; James (Betty, Madeline, and June) Smith;
Hazel (Emerald) Books and Harold Smith; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; a daughter-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held by her family. The interment will be in the Emlenton Cemetery.
