Nashville’s Isaac Cole To Perform at The Beer Garden on October 3rd

Mark your calendars, Saturday, October 3rd for an entertaining night out with great music and fun featuring the Isaac Cole Band at the Beer Garden Sports Bar & Grille from 8 pm to 11 pm, located just at 2399 Oneida Valley Road, Petrolia, PA.

Originally from northwestern Pennsylvania, Isaac was also the second youngest solo artist ever inducted into the Wheeling Jamboree (the nation’s second longest running country music show behind only the Grand Ole’ Opry), behind country music superstar Brad Paisley. They were both taught lead guitar by the same teacher, Mr. Roger Hoard.

After graduating from high school, Isaac made the move to Nashville to pursue a music career. In 2019, he spent the year as a full-time utility musician at Dollywood Theme Park. He played acoustic & electric guitar, banjo, fiddle, and harmonica in the Back Porch Band. After working there for only a month, he was given the honor of accompanying Dolly Parton herself on acoustic guitar. He returned to Nashville when he turned 21 to make a name for himself as a performer & songwriter. He recorded his “Fifth” album that year. Since then, two of his Country Radio singles have broken into the top 100 of the Music Row Chart.

In 2023, he started performing with his own band, quitting his day job to work in music full time both on Broadway in Nashville and as a nationwide touring artist. Isaac and the band made their debut at the prestigious (by invitation only) “Whiskey Jam” for the first time in January 2024 where they debuted his single “OH DEER”. They have returned multiple times since then, and have opened for Drake White, Love & Theft, Emerson Drive, Whey Jennings, Craig Morgan, and Randy Houser. Isaac has been called “the next Charlie Daniels” by many fans because of his energetic fiddle performances. He is a born entertainer who loves every minute of what he does, and loves to share it with the world.

While on tour Isaac has opened for Drake White, Love & Theft, Emerson Drive, Whey Jennings, Craig Morgan and Randy Houser.

A $5 cover charge will be collected at the door with all proceeds being donated to The Boys and Girls Club Along The Allegheny located in Emlenton. A Chinese auction will also be set up to benefit the Boys and Girls Club as well.

Let's Meet Isaac Cole:

Isaac Cole McNany, who performs by the name of Isaac Cole grew up in Emlenton doing everything that most young boys in Emlenton do. The only difference may have been Isaac’s passion for music from a very early age. At four years old he sang Josh Turner’s song” The Long Black Train” for the Emlenton United Methodist Church, which was his home church at the time. As a young vocalist, Isaac performed with a local family Gospel group, One In Spirit, that was led by Von and Linda McCommons. By six years old he was taking guitar lessons from a local guitar teacher, Steve Milliron, and later he took lead guitar lessons from Brandon Rea Schick. Isaac’s first band that he got to play in was with In Transition, where Joe Wagner and Davey Whitmire taught him his first lead guitar solo and how to sing harmonies. At 12 years old Isaac got a banjo for Christmas and teamed back up with Von McCommons by playing it in the God’s Country Band at the First United Methodist Church in Butler, PA, where Von was the Worship Leader. At 13 years old, Isaac got a violin and started taking lessons from Joy “Grandma Joy” Wilsted. When he was 14 years old, Isaac was performing at the Wheeling Jamboree, and started taking guitar lessons from Roger Hoard, who had a hand at teaching Brad Paisley how to play. Between the ages of 11 – 17, Dana Solida taught Isaac voice lesson in Clarion and Rimersbug.

In the summer of 2015, Isaac started his journey on American Idol. It was the first year that he was age eligible, and it was supposed to be the final season for the show. Isaac successfully made it through the auditions and then made it the whole way to the Top 51, just missing the live shows.

In 2018, after graduating from high school, Isaac moved to Nashville and stayed with a family friend to work on his song writing and networking. However, in 2019 he got a call from Dollywood to join the Back Porch Band as a utility musician. In 2020, COVID-19 hit and the park was delayed opening. When it did open back up, they had cut out more than half of the live performers, so he worked where he could and continued to try and perform around Sevierville, TN. Then in 2021, Isaac moved his 5th wheel camper to the Nashville area to get back to where he was meant to be. He worked for a paving company and continued to network by performing his original music at writer’s rounds around the Nashville area. Then, in 2022 Isaac’s parents, Frank and Cheryl McNany, moved to the Nashville area to help Isaac with his musical goals. Isaac cleaned pools as a day job for a year, then started performing regularly on Broadway at Tootsie’s and other honkey-tonk bars. In April of 2023, he was finally doing music as a full-time job. He continued to write and make connections, and that is when Isaac met his band and started nationally touring and playing on Broadway.

Since 2023, Isaac has been touring the country and has had the honor of opening for some great head lining artist, like Drake White at the Big Butler Fair, Craig Morgan, Love and Theft, Randy Houser, Whey Jennings, Emerson Drive and Treaty Oak Revival. Isaac and his band have performed from Upstate New York to Florida, as far west as Oklahoma and Texas, and as far north as North Dakota. Every year Isaac’s schedule almost doubles, and 2027 is looking to be a big year for Isaac and the band.

Isaac brings a high energy country show, with a lot of fiddle, and a “classic country feel”. Isaac and his band are being recognized as one of the best new bands coming out of Nashville, and it all started with a small town kid, a dream, and people willing to invest time into him.
