Nathan Allen Richar

Nathan Allen Richar, 38, of Parker, PA, passed away on May 12, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born in Clarion on October 7, 1986, to Jeffrey Richar and Patricia Chapiewski Richar.

Nathan was a gifted and kind soul. Nathan was a talented artist and musician, passionate about playing the guitar and keyboard. He enjoyed music immensely and had numerous vinyl records and turntables. In addition to his musical interests, Nathan loved biking on trails and exploring nature. He also enjoyed cooking, preparing meals, watching UFC matches, and visiting thrift shops.

In addition to his parents, Nathan is survived by his sister Natasha (Catlin) Adams of Parker and brother Joshua Richar of Lakeland, FL. His girlfriend, Shawna Crissman. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews, Aliya, Jaxon, Arianna, and Beckham. His Grandmother, Norma Richar. Lois Orton, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandpa and both his maternal grandma and grandpa.

Friends and family will be received at the H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home in Parker, PA. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, May 18th with Pastor Andrew Gundlach of the Journey of Faith Church of Parker officiating. Interment will followed at Allegheny Cemetery.
