Shawn T. Watson, 53, of Emlenton, passed away at his home, December 26, 2025, after an extended illness.
Shawn was born, January 9, 1972, in Pittsburgh. He was the son of John T. Watson and Judy Duckworth.
Shawn graduated from Perry High School in 1990. He continued his education at the College of Charleston and graduated in 1994.
Shawn married Rebecca Fowler on May 5, 2001. Together, the couple has three children, Gage, Mason, and Ruby.
Shawn was last employed at Verizon, working in the telecommunications field. He loved to spend time with family and friends and outdoor activities.
Loved ones to cherish his memory are his wife Rebecca, his three children Gage, Mason, and Ruby, his mother Judy, his brother Brent, and his sister Jolene.
Shawn was welcomed into heaven by his father, John.
A memorial service is being planned at a later date. The McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home in Knox is assisting the family with arrangements.
