The Pennsylvania Tourism Office is hosting live coverage of the 137th Groundhog Day celebration in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, as he answers this burning question on Thursday, February 2, 2023. Phil will do his prognostication on Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, Pa. at 6:00 AM.
