Job Summary

We are a family-owned company seeking dependable full-time Welders and General Laborers to join our shop floor team. These are hands-on positions supporting daily production operations, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow. Experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous shop, manufacturing, or welding experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work safely in a shop environment

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
