Butler, PA- Tim Kramer announces that he will be running for the 2024 Republican nomination to represent Pennsylvania’s 16th Congressional District against incumbent Mike Kelly who has held the seat since 2011. The 16th district includes Butler, Crawford, Erie, Lawrence, Mercer and part of Venango counties. Kramer has worked in various sectors throughout his working career, spending the last two years working in the Non-Profit sector.

“I am proud to announce my candidacy for the Republican nomination to represent Pennsylvania’s 16th Congressional District,” said Kramer. “Common sense and strong leadership is what is needed in these unstable economic and socially divisive times. I will work tirelessly to represent the constituents of the 16th District with the same work ethic and energy that I have shown in my work career and as a father.”

Kramer understands how the current decisions made by those in Washington have affected the lives of his constituents and everyday Americans. “The future of our nation is at a tipping point as politicians on both sides of the aisle have been recklessly spending our hard earned tax dollars. This has led us into $33 trillion in national debt and climbing. Our politicians have no plan on solving this problem other than borrowing more money, putting us further into debt and crippling this nation’s future.”

“We can not expect the same people that have put us into this situation to make the right decisions to get us out of it. We need a new generation of leaders that will actually represent the hardworking men and women of this district. We need a generation of leaders that will make the tough decisions on the issues instead of kicking the can down the road and letting the next generation figure it out.”
