Women’s Awareness and Self-Defense Class

Freedom NWPA will be offering a Situational Awareness and Self-Defense Program at the Scrubgrass Grange based on Westover Protection’s Reality Street Offense & Defense Protection Level 1, Targets Class. This interactive, hands on training will focus on the importance of situational awareness, prevention, personal safety, and practical self-defense strategies for everyday life.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in guided practice exercises designed to build confidence, awareness, and preparedness in real-world situations. No prior self-defense experience is necessary, and the program is appropriate for beginners and children who are accompanied by and adult.

This class is intended to empower individuals through education, awareness, and practical skills in a supportive learning environment.

The class will be held on Wednesday, June 17th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Scubgrass Grange, 5104 Emlenton-Clintonville Road, Emlenton, PA 16373. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
