On Tuesday, October 31, 2023 A-C Valley Elementary celebrated their 2nd Book Blast! Students at the beginning of October shared a link with family and friends to help collect money to support their home libraries and on Halloween they received their “treat” of those books! Over $12,000 was collected through family and friends wanting to support students’ home library collections. Each student at the elementary school received at least 1 book from this with others receiving up to 10 books through their family and friends’ support. 899 books were given out to students in grades K-6!
The A-C Valley Elementary School thanks all who helped in making this second Book Blast a success. Look for another Book Blast to come our way again October 2024!
