Bonita "Bonnie" Kay Cooper, 80, of Parker, passed away with her family by her side early Tuesday morning at the Parker Personal Care Home.
She was born on February 13, 1945, to the late Elmer and Mabel Burrows Dietz.
Bonnie loved sitting in her recliner, watching Judge Judy and Survivor.
She enjoyed her puzzle books and needlepoint. Spending time with her siblings was also something she cherished.
She is survived by her sons: Greg (Tammy) Cooper and Gary (Lora) Cooper. Her daughter: Sonja (Scott) Strickland. Six Grandchildren: Stephanie Cooper, Brittany Schwab, Madison Rose, Cody Cooper, Corey Strickland, Mandy Strickland, and ten great-grandchildren. Three sisters: Judy Hartzell, Dotty Stewart, and Kathy Stitt. Two brothers: Tom (Diane) Dietz and Terry (Sue) Dietz. A special sister in-law, Goria Dietz, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, a brother, Arthur "AJ" Dietz, brother-in-laws, Tim Hartzell, Tom Stewart, and Dennis Stitt.
Per Bonnie and her family's request, all services will be private.
