On Sunday morning at 10:30 A.M., Martinsburg Church of Bruin will host the annual “Church in the Park” outdoor worship service in the Municipal Park for all who wish to come. A call to worship will be offered by Pastor Larry Thompson and an opening devotional will be presented by Mr. Shane Williams, a member of Martinsburg Church and a senior in the Pastoral Studies Program at Grove City College. The outdoor service will continue with a concert by Mr. Dan Schall at 11:00 A.M. Dan is a well-known Christian musician and vocalist and the founder of “Dan Schall Ministries” of Zelienople, PA. www. DanSchall.org.

Dan’s ministry started when he was in his teens, after accepting what Jesus Christ had done for him. He endured a severe speech impediment during his teen years. The anger and frustration that Dan had endured controlled his life. It all was released one night when he realized that Jesus Christ had died for all of his trials and pain. Dan continues to stutter but God has blessed him with a singing voice that he has used for years for the Glory of God. Dan’s music ministry enables him to share how God has touched his life. His music reaches out in a special way to show the love that Jesus Christ has for everyone. Dan and his wife Linda, travel thousands of miles each year spreading the Gospel message. His CD’s, USB’s and DVD’s will be available at the concert.

A pot-luck lunch will follow the concert. All are welcome! Hot dogs, hamburgers and beverages will be provided.
