Congratulations to Morgan McCollough who was recognized as one of the best in the world for her achievements with Johnson & Johnson.
McCollough, an Account Executive who has been with Johnson & Johnson for five years, was recently recognized for her success in the 2025 MVP competition. As the award states, “Your exceptional performance, relentless drive and contributions to our success have set you apart from thousands of talented colleagues around the globe.”
For her efforts, Morgan will join an elite group of Johnson & Johnson’s highest performers for an unforgettable celebration in May 2026 at the Johnson & Johnson Med.Tech Surgery Headquarters in Raritan, New Jersey.
Morgan will be recognized by the Johnson & Johnson’s global and regional leadership teams and share ideas and best practices with fellow MVP from around the world. At the event she will also collaborate and engage with the companies Presidents and connect with top experts from Marketing, Research and Development and other global functions. Morgan will also have the opportunity to experience a rare behind the scenes Research and Development tour to see innovation in action.
The achievement is more than an award, it is a milestone that highlights Morgan’s talents, impact and leadership in advancing care for patients. Morgan was selected for the award based on her PLUS Suture performance.
As part of her achievement and recognition, Morgan will also enjoy a free (no agenda) day in New York City to take in sights, shopping and the opportunity to enjoy some great meals.
In 2025 Johnson & Johnson was named a Fortune’s World most admired company.
Morgan was a 2011 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2016 graduate of Clarion University with a degree in Marketing & Management.
Morgan is the daughter of Mike and Barb McCollough of Bruin, PA.
