David F. “Dave” Kelly, 89, of Karns City, went to be with the Lord late Wednesday evening, June 21, 2023 in the comfort of his home while surrounded by his loving family.

David was born in Bruin on March 13, 1934. He was the son of the late Henry and Esther Bowser Kelly.

He most especially loved numerous “faithful dog companions” throughout the years and they all adored him.

Dave is survived by his wife, Dorothy E. “Dottie” Klugh Kelly, whom he married at the Karns City United Methodist Church on March 16, 1956. Also surviving is a son, Kevin R.
