The Emlenton Plaza Restaurant was the place to be on Thursday, Oct. 22, from 4 to 8 P.M. It’s where good food, good folks and dedicated firemen meet for the annual Spaghetti dinner fund drive.

Every year the Emlenton Truck Plaza donates 4 hours of their facility, food and service to help the Emlenton Vol. Fire Department, Station 55, raise money to help the fire department.

There was a constant flow of hungry people coming to eat and show their support to the fireman. All fhe firemen expressed their gratitude toward the folks at the plaza restaurant and to those who stopped in to have a great spaghetti dinner. Every year the firemen are genuinely impressed with the turn out.

The fireman themed, valet tray raffle was won by Dave Tinker of Boyers.

The firemen thank Carol Burns, Ed Schmader and all the staff at the Emlenton Plaza Restaurant for all their help and sacrifice to make the spaghetti dinner possible and a huge success every year.
