The 21st annual Foxburg Fall Festival was held on Sunday, September 28th and drew a record crown. The day was sunny and bright and downtown Foxburg was filled with the sounds from three of the area’s finest bands. With over 100 vendors including artisans, crafters and food vendors, this was the most in the festival’s history.

The kids enjoyed the enlarged all-day “Kids Zone” that entertained the youngsters along with the inflatable “Big Bertha”, “Double Whammy”, balloon art, juggling and airbrush tattoos, face painting, and small pumpkin decorating.

Organizers worked many long hours, days before the festival to be prepared for the big day on Sunday. And there efforts paid off.

Visitors also were able to enjoy the Foxburg favorites like the Foxburg Wine Cellars, the Allegheny Grille, Foxburg Tours, the Red Brick Gallery and the Foxburg Pizza, where folks were able to sit and enjoy the company of friends and family, and enjoyed a little side entertainment from the Percussionator, who played the drums to many popular and oldie songs throughout the day.

The festival kicked off early with ARCA at Lincoln Hall with the performance of the legendary Danny Paisley. Paisley performed classic Bluegrass on Saturday evening with his band, The Southern Grass.

Many thanks to ACV H.S. students and staff for the shuttle bus service from the High School to the Festival.
