Foxburg’s Light Up Night on November 29th was a magical celebration for the entire community. Families gathered for the countdown to illuminate the town’s stunning, large Christmas tree with Santa and Mrs. Claus leading the cheer. Santa made a grand entrance in a horse-drawn sleigh before meeting with children at Foxburg Pizza, where little ones enjoyed milk, cookies, and a very generous gift to take home.

The evening was filled with festive live music by the Sword family, with Logan Sword emceeing the event, and a touching moment as Kathy Soroka joined the family to sing a few verses of “Silent Night” while the crowd lit candles that softly illuminated the square. Special thanks go to Saji and Shannon Daniel for their wonderful toy donation, as well as Jerry and Lynn Marron for their generous contribution. Additional heartfelt appreciation goes to the Riverstone Estate Group and all the dedicated helpers who made Foxburg’s Light Up Night a truly memorable success!

And the best is yet to come when ARCA presents Christmas concerts like, “A Joyous Holiday” with Dave Wickerham on the Wurlitzer Organ, on Dec. 14. And on December 21, ARCA presents the C Street Brass Christmas, featuring Christmas favorites and Americana Classics.
Fun for the entire family. Both concerts will in held in Lincoln Hall, above the Foxburg Library.
